My dad, Maurice Sieffert, was truly sad to hear about the passing of ‘Tower bill.’ They knew each other since the mountains were little hills. I, too was very sad to hear he was gone. I didn’t know him real well, but always a pleasure to talk to.

My condolences to the Good family. I knew Bill from my AGT days and through him found out that he worked with my Grandpa. Whenever I met Bill he always had a good story to tell. He was a good man.

The world is now a less exciting place. “Mr. Good” was the neighbourhood parent to be extra careful of, he was so fast. If he caught you misbehaving you didn’t stand a chance. He also loved his community like no other. Going to Coronation Pool with a truck- load full of neighbour kids was something he loved and I remember those times fondly. My sincerest condolences to all of the family and friends who love Bill.
Dan Hately says
Bill was a lifelong friend of my Dad (Jim Hately) they had many adventures (misadventures) together along with both being long time employees of AGT. A life well lived. But Bill will live on in a lot of people’s memories putting a smile on our faces.

Mr Good was truly one of a kind. I know for sure that he will live on in the many many stories we all tell about growing up on. 147 and 148 streets. We were lucky kids with lots of great memories. My heart is with David, Donna and Mark and your children. It is sad to say goodbye to our parents even when it is time for them to go.

We are so sorry to hear about your father’s passing. We met him in Mexico when he came to spend the winter, in the sun, with Donna & Brian. He was a very interesting & friendly man. I’m pleased we had the opportunity to meet him. Sending our love to your family at this difficult time!
Greg and Tracey says
Bill just had a way and air about him that made you want him in your life, he left a feeling that you would be friends forever. I wish I would have known Bill earlier in life and could have spent more time at the lake with him and the family. Condolences to all that knew him, may he rest in peace and hopefully God has found him a job because that will be heaven for him! May him and Joyce dance freely and steal pie. Much love Greg and Tracey.
Carol Rolheiser says
On behalf of the family of Con and Marge Rolheiser we extend our sincere condolences to Bill’s family. From our early childhood years I recall that Bill and Joyce were part of our family celebrations. He always had a twinkle in his eye and warmth in this heart. We were recently reminiscing that there were a number of years where he was the willing “Santa Claus” for our family Christmas Eve celebration. Our hearts go out to all — Bill was a good man who lived a good life; may he rest in peace. Carol Rolheiser

Wayne Kernisky says
Mr. Good was a man I will always remember. I will always think of him out at the lake, just happy to be amongst his family and being at the cabin. He always had a good natured, joking comment about why I should be working, instead of golfing, fishing or riding a trike. I always enjoyed the teasing and something I won’t forget. My condolence to the family.

Our love and prayers go out to David, Marc, Donna and all their families. What a gift we had being able to be present at the memorial service via online…it was a beautiful service and we thank the family for arranging that opportunity. We shared many memories of our time around Joyce & Bill in the early years of our relationship and marriage……the family is blessed with all the memories that they have been left with….

Patricia Smith says
I met Bill when I moved onto the block in Grovenor 10 years ago. I was young and was living on my own at the time. I would step out of the house in the winter time and see that Bill was chipping ice off my driveway for me or clearing snow off the eaves. I couldn’t keep up with him! I never met Bill’s family, but he invited me in to his house once and was so very proud to show me pictures of his children and family. It was clear that he loved his family very very much. Many condolences to Bill’s family.
