Sending condolences to all the brothers and sisters, family and dear friends in Canada and Ireland. So nice to read close friends memories and tributes here. Remembering Uncle Stiofan fondly these days from both knee high childhood summers in inis oirr and the visits and the later visits from Canada over the many years. Those memories are of an uncle who was always kind, bright and sparkling, curious to hear what we were up to and who we were busy becoming. In loving memory from your nephew Fergus, his wife Anne and children Sean, Seamus, Raymond and Marvin in copenhagen, denmark. Rest in peace dear Stiofan.

So sad to hear of the loss of Steve, we have many many happy memories of Steve from years ago when living in Edmonton and how he was like an uncle to our boys always coming round to visit with boxes of donuts and sweets for them. He will be sadly missed. Such a shock.

Steve, you will be dearly missed by all who knew you. I have great memories of you on the golf course and the craic on the 19th hole. Your new golf clubs which you were so proud of and that old bag with the duct tape holding it together, was always a good talking point. I will miss you Steve, my friend. Donal Higgins

With great sadness and our deepest sympathy….
May you see God’s light on the path ahead,
When the road you walk is dark.
May you always hear even in your hour of sorrow,
The gentle singing of the lark.
When times are hard may hardness
Never turn your heart to stone.
May you always remember when the shadows fall –
You do not walk alone.
