
It is with great sadness that the family of Sandra Leah Barry announce her sudden passing on September 24, 2015, at the age of 58 years.
Sandy will be forever remembered by her husband of 39 years, Patrick–semicolon– children: Joel, Kelty (Bryan), Landice & Megan (Edward) Kilmister. Sandy will also be lovingly remembered by her beloved grandchildren, Eli, Isla & Bowen–semicolon– siblings: Sheila (Albert) Savage, Brendan (Livia) Hughes, Kathleen Hughes, Theresa (Brian) Reid–semicolon– mother-in-law, Georgina Barry–semicolon– sister-in-law Kathryn Finley-Hughes. Sandy will be affectionately remembered by her numerous nieces & nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Sandy was predeceased by her parents, Maureen & Terence Hughes and sister, Michele Stewart (nee Hughes).
A Celebration of Sandy’s Life will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Connelly McKinley Edmonton South Chapel, 4820 Meridian Street, Edmonton, AB, T6P 1R3. Meridian Street can only be accessed heading SOUTH on Hwy 216 (Anthony Henday)–semicolon– – the access is 1 km south of the Sherwood Park Freeway on Hwy 216.
Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Sandy to the Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society (STARS) or the Stollery Children’s Hospital.
