On Sunday, June 16, 2019 Roseanna passed away in the comfort of her daughter and son at her side at Aspen House at the age of 94 years.
She will be lovingly be remembered by her three daughters and three sons: Doris, Flora (Ken), Gerald (Maggie), Ronald, Eileen (Morris), John Jr.; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren as well as numerous loving nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her husband, John Louis; parents, Moise and Louisa; three sisters; two brothers; son-in-law, Rick; grandson, Sean and great-grandson, Max.
Born in Fond Du Lac, Saskatchewan on February 21, 1925 formerly of Uranium City, Saskatchewan and was a resident of Morinville since 1983. She was talented in many crafts especially leather work, beading, embroidery.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 24, 2019 at St. Jean Baptiste Parish, 10020 100 Avenue, Morinville, AB.
A special thank you to the Aspen House staff for the above and beyond care and thank you to the St. Jean Baptiste Church for communions, prayers and ladies singing mom’s favorite Hymns in French at her bedside. Also, thank you to Adrian and Francis for wonderful singing at mom’s bedside in Latin.
