
On Wednesday, June 22, 2011, Rose Schmaltz of Sherwood Park, Alberta, passed away peacefully at the age of 91 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her two children, daughter, Margo (Mike) Howard and son, Murray (Ivy) Schmaltz–semicolon– six grandchildren, Leslie (Sheldon) McIntyre, Jackie (Brad) Sadoway, Tracey (Richard) Wayken, Dustin Schmaltz, Tracy Howard (Mike Simpson) and Trevor (Jacquie) Howard–semicolon– 11 great-grandchildren, Brent, Blase, Eric, Kasten, Taran, Teagan, Ripley, Skylar, Lyncoln, Jonas and Ethan as well as one brother, Ray (Irmagard) Feldman.
Rose was predeceased by her husband, Pius Schmaltz in 2001–semicolon– great-granddaughter, Erin Nicole–semicolon– sisters, Julia and Lavina and brother Frank.
A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at Connelly-McKinley Sherwood Park-Millwoods Chapel, 4820-Meridian Street, Edmonton (Meridian Street can only be accessed when heading SOUTH on Anthony Henday – Hwy 216).
