With great sadness we say goodbye to “Rollie”–semicolon– our Dad, Grandpa, Great-Pa, husband, brother, uncle, and friend.
He is survived by Heather–semicolon– children, Amy (Norman), Guy (Cheryl), Yvonne, and Patric (Shaunna)–semicolon– step-children, Lesley (Terry), David (Betty), and Terry–semicolon– numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren–semicolon– 4 siblings–semicolon– as well as nieces, nephews, and friends.
Rollie was predeceased by his parents and 6 siblings–semicolon– his beloved wife, Annette Katherine–semicolon– and granddaughters, Krista and Emily.
Rollie was a founding member of Annunciation Church where he dedicated himself to many roles over the decades, including being an enthusiastic member of the choir. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. He loved to sing, loved children, dogs and other animals, and was devoted to family and Church.
The family gives special thanks to his Caregivers at Citadel West in St. Albert for their kindness, comfort and caring during his time there.
