It is now time to celebrate the life and the legacy of Ralph Hook who peacefully passed away on April 10, 2014 at the age of 84 years.
Ralph will be dearly missed by his wife, Lillian–semicolon– his children, Donna (Larry), Jerry (Tina), Terry (Sharon) and Brian (Janette)–semicolon– his grandchildren, Trevor (Lisa), Jarret (Jessie), Brittney, Ashley, Caily, Nevin, and Jasey–semicolon– as well as, great-grandson, Ethan.
The family would like to thank Dr. Bradstock and Dr. McDermid–semicolon– the staff at Units 51 and 43, Grey Nuns–semicolon– Dr. Clark and the staff at the Norwood Hospice for their wonderful care and kindness.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, April 14, 2014 at Connelly- McKinley – Edmonton South Chapel, 4820 Meridian Street, Edmonton (Meridian Street can only be accessed by heading SOUTH on the Anthony Henday – Hwy 216. The exit ramp is 1 km SOUTH of the Sherwood Park Fwy.), located in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.

We are sorry to hear of Ralph”s passing, and send our condolences to the family.We will miss his jovial personality.
I am also sorry that we will not be able to attend his funeral service, as I have a medical appointment that I can not change.
May your sorrow be eased by the passing of time….
