Tom and her children, family and friends. I was shocked to see this announcement and want to offer all of you my sincerest condolences on behalf of myself and Dale.
Rachel was always looking on the bright side of life and always speaking highly of her children, home, her art and her work. She was always there when we needed her whether it was for coffee, a conversation in regards to selling your home when she was in realty or what renovation to accomplish next and even the up and coming artworks she was going to tackle. Her energy was remarkable when it came to cramming whatever she needed or wanted to do. In reflecting upon
it all may she rest in peace and smile upon everyone in company of little Tom and those she is joining up there cuz heaven must have needed her to take her away from us so young. Martine and Dale with fond memories of days gone by

Dear Tom, Benny Boy, and family,

My deepest sympathies. Rachel and I bonded during Ben’s Jnr. High years. I have no words. We have lost an Angel.

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend her celebration of life. I know it’s going to be as colorful as Rachel was; colourful in soul, in love and in personality. God bless 🙏

Rachel was a great friend that I have known through her work in the construction industry and some of her design work. It is a total shock to hear this news. I will miss her humour and laughter especially when we met on job sites to discuss issues and installation of products. It was also great to meet at trade shows and social events.
She will be missed by many.

Rachel and I have known each other for over 30 years. Real estate was our common ground then we searched her out when she went to work for Brock White. She was always happy, honest, a straight shooter and so proud of her family. I so respected her in real estate. Blessings to her family during this sad time. A journey ending too soon.

I can honestly say that Rachel & Tom had an open door like no others. All were welcome anytime & sincerely treated well in their home. You don’t know what you have until it is gone & I ache knowing that loving big sister hug & warm welcome is no more. Like the amputee with the phantom itch Tom, I cannot imagine your loss after so many years together. Thank you for always being by my big sisters side when others of us were too weak & failed….& thank you big sister Roberta for the same strength you provided Rachel when she needed it most. I expect you will scratch that itch for a long time to come Tom & I expect you are finding some peace with your young son being reunited with his mother. Hugs to all

Tom and family, so very heartbroken for your tragic loss, we will truly miss this one of a kind lady, I will miss her”driving home” calls where we chatted about everything and anything until she pulled up into her driveway. Always enjoyed her life stories. She was Blair’s “work wife” in business, she enjoyed being his other wife as she needed to lead him through the storms of business and friendship. They drove out to Vancouver for a work function and of course drove down every turkey trail and hit every thrift shop! We are so thankful for knowing Rachel and she will be dearly missed.
