My buddy Peter I will miss you, Like myself you are a “sparky” by trade and you were a good one. We first met about 20 years ago you were the maintenance manager at the mighty Sears Kingsway and I was the guy from head office. Took a while but we became good friends, I remember when we installed new stuff in your store like building contols and new chiller, new roof and many more. After we both retired we kept in touch. I remember when you got your new red Dodge pickup with the 360 engine, you loved that truck, it went pretty fast too.
Anyway, I will see you again some time down the road.

Peter will be sadly missed by golfers and staff at J.R. Golf Course. His willingness to lend a hand was so much appreciated – he was always on our side through thick and thin. He loved to come out on Tuesday evenings and participate with all his buddies from the St. Albert Legion.

Tom and I were pleased to meet Peter while he was out on his daily walks. If we were in the driveway he would stop and chat with us, but most times he would see us in the house when he walked by and would motion to us and we would open the door to talk with him as he walked by. We loved his sunny disposition and wonderful sense of humour. He was always bright and cheery! Even if we were driving by his house and he was outside we would roll the window down and greet him on our way. We were shocked to hear of his passing! We had wondered why we hadn”t seen him taking his daily walks as usual. Our hearts go out to each one of you as you grieve the great loss of Peter and the sorrow you must be feeling now. We will keep you in our thoughts and our prayers. May the Lord bless you and keep you until we all are with Peter again.
In His love,
