I knew I liked Peggy the minute I got up the courage to dance in the aisle at a concert and she joined me. So much spunk, so much love for her family, for traveling, for life and people. She was an inspiration and a force. My memories of her make my heart smile. Peggy will be greatly missed ❤️

I couldn’t agree with you more Sharon. That is why I was attracted to Peggy. We made each other laugh and I was very happy and blessed to have her as my partner for the past four and half years.

I remember Peggy well from our school days in Brookfield and at Acadia University where she and Jessie provided us with lots of laughs in residence. We even worked together—–where else but the Bakery. She was very kind to me; and once we reconnected on Facebook, I realized how well travelled she was and her love of music. We shared those loves! Her passing was such a shock, and I hope your wonderful memories will ease some of the pain. My sincere condolences.

I am absolutly shocked to read of the passing of Peggy Underwood. I have known her for the past 30 years. She was always a willing lunch partner and we had many wonderful lunch chats over the years. I loved to hear of her many travels and the interesting things she saw and did. I was thinking of her just a week ago. Rest in peace Peggy. You will be truly missed by many.

Peggy will be missed. When I arrived at Strathcona Presbyterian Church in 1989, I remember Peggy being one of the first people to greet me and make me feel so welcome as a new immigrant to Canada. She continued to make me and my daughters feel welcome at the church for years to come. She always had a smile on her face and loved to laugh. My condolences to all of her immediate and extended family.
