
It is with heartfelt sadness that Noreen’s family announce her passing peacefully on August 27, 2018 at the age of 85 years, with her family by her side.
Lovingly remembered by her daughters, Kathy Logan of Victoria BC, Janice (Tom) Schreiber, Barb Logan and Carolyn (Cam) Janke all of Edmonton. As well her grandchildren, Dana (Andrew) Moffatt, Gaelan Behie of Victoria BC, Amy (Chad) Urschel, Hayley (Ryan) Maier all of Edmonton and Lucas Logan of Victoria BC. Also her great grandchildren, Annalynn and Callum Moffatt and Weston Urschel, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Noreen was predeceased by her husband, Mark: daughter, Lynn–semicolon– grandson Jarrod–semicolon– parents, Gus and Pearl Hofmann–semicolon– brother, Lorne–semicolon– sister, Peggy and her twin brother, Norris.
Noreen will always be remembered for her kind heart, sense of humor and her love of music.
As per Noreen’s request there will be no funeral service. Cremation has taken place with interment at a later date.
The family would like to thank the staff & volunteers of 10Y at the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre and Carly of Comfort Keepers. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and NWT.

My sympathies to everyone for the loss of your mother, grandmother, aunt. I remember Aunt Noreen as a lovely, vibrant woman, visiting us in Clandonald with Uncle Mark and the whole family having a great time together. She will be at peace now with her loved ones around her.
