
Born in Calgary, the eldest of five children, to Constantine and Octavia Dell Scollen (nee Thomas). Grand-niece of Father Constantine Scollen (participant in the negotiations for Treaty Six at Fort Pitt). Nora was the family historian and contributed to the archives of the Glenbow Museum of the early development of Calgary, particularly the North Hill.
A dental assistant for many years, she served on the Executive of the Western Canada Dental Nurses and Assistants Association. In later years she was employed by the City of Edmonton, Landlord and Tenant Advisory Board.
Nora was predeceased by husband, Thomas Warrack (RCAF, 1948)–semicolon– her parents–semicolon– step-father, Chris Nielsen–semicolon– brothers, William (Bill) Scollen, Gilbert (Bert) Scollen, Connie Kerwin–semicolon– and Jerald Kerwin.
She leaves her daughter, Sharon Sutherland (nee Warrack)–semicolon– grandchildren, Greg Brown and Sandra Ryder–semicolon– great-grandchild, Madison–semicolon– dear friend, Brenda Colling and family–semicolon– nieces and nephews.
The family thanks the staff of the Jubilee Lodge Nursing Home for the care and compassion shown to Nora over the past two years.
Cremation has taken place. Inurnment and a graveside service to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the CNIB would be appreciated.

We went to school together in Surrey and then you moved back to Edmonton to be with your Mom. Nora was a kind and friendly lady.
