Margaret Gauthier (Norman Gauthier-deceased) says
I would like to pass on my sincere condolences to Jerry and Monica’s family. I just read of her passing in Yellowknife’s News North.
We lived in Norman Wells in 1969, 1970 & 1971 and have so many fond memories of our time spent there and that was due in a large part to friends like Monica and Jerry.
Monica was my nurse when I was expecting my son and daughter. She was the most kind and caring person, and will always be remembered.

Condolences and prayers for Gerry and family. I have known Monica since 1964, she was my mentor, like a mother and example of goodness to follow. Every time I saw her, it was like a reunion with family and a blessing to know her. I am sure she will always be around in spirit like a soft breeze. She will always be in my memory and heart.
