With sorrow, we mark the passing of our dear mother, Mary, on Saturday, March 31, 2018, at 85 years of age.
Mary was predeceased by her loving husband, Augustine–semicolon– her sister Martha and brother Bob of Toronto.
She is survived by her adoring children, Stephen (Tina), Diane (Jim), Paula (Marc), Janice (Jim), Carolyn (Dan) and James (Kay)–semicolon– grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
Thanks to the nurses and doctors on Ward 5E3 at the University of Alberta Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion.
Prayers will be held at Connelly-McKinley Edmonton South Chapel at 7:00 p.m., on Friday, April 6, 2018, with a Funeral Liturgy taking place on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, it would be appreciated if donations could be made to the MS Society of Canada – Alberta Division.

Hello All,
Just thought I’d say that I am thinking of you all and my dear Auntie Mary.
All the memories are from the time spent together at the cottage.
She had a distinctive laugh and I remember an incident of when us kids were swimming and she and my mom and Auntie Anne were watching us.
Of course, they had they little drink and I remember Auntie Mary was drinking a beer and a be went inside the bottle within her knowing until she took a drink…she spit it out, swore and squished that bee with the bottle.
Anyways, your mom, my Auntie Mary and you day, my Uncle Gus, will always and forever be remember as loving and fun wonderful Aunt and Uncle.
Take care and know I am thinking of you all at this difficult time.
