
Sister Therese passed away suddenly at Providence Centre.
She is survived by the members of her religious community, the Sisters of Charity of N.D. Evron.
Sister Therese leaves to mourn: brothers, Maurice (Eleanor), Edward and sisters, Alice Shepherd and Annette Sayko; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Hector and Marie-Anne Verrier; her sister, Cecile (Marcel) Lapierre.
Sister Therese made her religious profession August 12, 1952. Her life was dedicated to work in the hospital field and in Parish Ministry, where she served with generosity and love.
A Visitation will be held at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home, 10011 – 114 Street, Edmonton, AB between the hours of 2:00 and 5:00 pm on Friday, March 27, 2020. To view the visitation live from 2:30pm – 3:30pm please click here. Cremation to follow. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at a later date.

We did not have the opportunity to visit often with Sister Therese, but the times we spent with her have been fondly remembered over the years.
