Elinor and I got to know Joe and Shirley a bit later in life, but we are thankful we did. Joe was a good golf and pool compatriot, and we also shared similar duties during our work for the Edmonton Country Club. My winters at the club without Joe at the pool table will be a lot less joyful and fulfilling. Rest easy my friend, and may all your golf games be happy ones.
