Joseph Albert Blouin, Peace River Pioneer passed away on January 26, 2017 in Edmonton, AB, at the age of 89 years.
He is survived by Gilles Blouin and family–semicolon– Suzanne and Glenn Dzus and family–semicolon– Pat and Jody Deslaurier and family–semicolon– Lance and Yvonne Irwin and family–semicolon– one sister, Margaret Remillard–semicolon– and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Albert has gone to join his siblings that have gone before him.
