Joan passed away peacefully on December 21, 2020 at the age of 91 years. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry (Keith) Dobbie; sister, Carole (Ken) Brown; grandson Chris (Christine) and Craig; great grandchildren, Brett, Ella and Alix; nieces, nephews and dear friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, Anne & Albert Smith; sisters, Elaine (Jim), Patricia (Gordon); brother, Warren (Betty); nephews, Shane & Tim.
At Joan’s request, there will be no service.

I am so sorry to hear about Joan’s passing. We had planned to get together and life interfered. I regret not making one more phone call – she was a bright light to me. Condolences to the family.
