Jeff Stark passed away in Edmonton, December 14, 017.
Jeff and his wife Marilyn lived in Calgary for 34 years. Jeff will lovingly be remembered by his wife Marilyn, of 46 years–semicolon– two sisters, Susan Dionne (Ken), Noreen Bozok (Larry)–semicolon– brothers, Chris Stark (Lorraine), Gilbert Stark (Brenda), James Stark–semicolon– father-in-law, Vern Olenyk (Sharon)–semicolon– brother-in-law, Ricky Ludwig, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Jeff was in the Canadian Armed Forces from 1969 – 1993, with the Canadian Dragoons for two tours in Germany, where his troop won the Canadian Army Trophy for NATO Gunnery in 1981. Jeff retired from the Lord Strathcona’s Horse (R.C.)
Jeff had a love for gardening, fishing, hunting, wood work, cooking, his Daschund dogs, Budweiser beer and bear camp.
Preceded by his father, John Stark–semicolon– mother, Nora Stark–semicolon– baby sister, Mary Lou–semicolon– sisters, Sharon Evans, Carol McLeod (Hummerstone)–semicolon– brother-in-law, Ray Dionne–semicolon– mother-in-law, Sarah Olenyk.
A Memorial Service will be held at Connelly-McKinley Edmonton South Chapel, 4820 Meridian Street, Edmonton, on Thursday, December 28, 2017, at 2:00 p.m.
