The family is saddened to announce the peaceful passing of Jean on February 8th, at the age of 82 years.
Jean will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 63 years, Chee–semicolon– children, Richard (Joanne), Sylvia (Vincent), Jeffrey (May), Phillip (Julie), Lillian (Michael)–semicolon– grandchildren, Diana (Jason), Paul, Raymond (Simona), Jordan (Jennifer), Jamie, Kristina and Kyle–semicolon– great grandchild, Jonas–semicolon– her sister, Jean Wong and brother-in-law, Bing Wong–semicolon– as well as many extended family and friends.
The family would like to send special thanks to the University of Alberta Hospital, Unit 5C2, for their ongoing care for Jean over the last 13 years.
Visitation will be held at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home–semicolon– 10011-114th street, between the hours of 7 and 9 pm on Thursday, February 13th, 2014, with a funeral service to follow at the same location on Friday, February 14th, 2014 at 11:00 am. Burial will take place at Beechmount Cemetery.
