With a heavy and sad heart, we announce the passing of Gordon Nelson of St. Albert on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at the age of 67 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 47 years, Rose–semicolon– children: Lori (Michael) Kuchar, and Gordon (Stacy) Nelson–semicolon– 5 Grandchildren: Sean, Haley, Connor, Kyle, and Katelyn–semicolon– brothers: Lance, Rodney (Farrol), Donald (Margo), and Daryl (Debbie)–semicolon– sisters: Donna (Ron) Freeman, Doreen (Don) Sully, Brenda (Emile) Mercereau, Terry (Ken) Hieght, and Bonnie (Brian) Meints–semicolon– sister-in-law, Marion Nelson–semicolon– as well as numerous relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents: Juhl and Alice–semicolon– brothers: Jack, Garth (Suzie), Doug, and Craig.
A Viewing will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 8, 2015 at Connelly-McKinley St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive, St. Albert, Alberta. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 9, 2015 at St. Albert Evangelical Lutheran Church, 11 Glenview Crescent, St. Albert, Alberta.
