Frea Marie-Jeanne Hickey Paradis

Fréa Paradis passed away March 2, 2012 at Royal Alexandra Hospital. Survived by her sister Simone (Joseph) Hickey-Maingot, Ottawa, Ontario–semicolon– brother Auguste (Judith) Hickey, Edmonton, Alberta–semicolon– sister Michelle (Emmanuel) Hickey-Moulinié, Durban, South Africa–semicolon– brother Jules (Marita) Hickey, Cairns, Australia–semicolon– brother Antoine (June) Hickey, Darlington, U.K.–semicolon– three step-children, twenty-four nieces and nephews and several more grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Gabriel “Gaby” Paradis–semicolon– her sister Sonia Hickey (Sister Marguerite of St. Joseph of Cluny), Seychelles–semicolon– and her sister Marie-Thérèse Hickey, also of Seychelles.

Cremation will take place prior to a Visitation which will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home, 10011 – 114 Street, Edmonton. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 9, 2012 at 11:00am at St. Joachim Parish, 9928 – 110 Street, Edmonton, with an interment of the urn to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

Prédécédée par son mari bien-aimé Gabriel <> Paradis–semicolon– sa soeur Sonia Hickey <>, Seychelles–semicolon– et sa soeur Marie-Thérèse Hickey, également des Seychelles.

La crémation précèdra une Viellée le jeudi 8 mars 2012 de 19,00hre et 21,00hre au salon funéraire Connelly-McKinley, 10011 – 114&#730–semicolon– rue, Edmonton. Une Messe Requiem sera célébrée le vendredi 9 mars 2012 à 11,00hre à la Paroisse St-Joachim, 9928 – 110 &#730–semicolon– rue, Edmonton. L’ enterrement suivra au cimetière Holy Cross.
