On July 2, 2011, Filomena passed away peacefully, in her sleep, in her 98th year.
She was predeceased by both her loving husband Adam Kantautas, and her second husband Bruno Masiokas.
Filomena is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews , and great-great nieces and nephews .
She was also predeceased by her brothers Victor and Justas Augis.
A Visitation will be held at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home–semicolon– 10011-114th Street, on Wednesday, July 6th between the hours of 7 and 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Thursday, July 7, at 10 am at St. Joseph’s Basilica–semicolon– 10044 – 113 Street, with an interment at Holy Cross Cemetery to follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may send donations for orphans in Lithuania, by sending cheques to Dr. O. Gustainis–semicolon– 15 Michael Power Place, Apt. 1107, Toronto, ON, M9A 5G4.
