Dear Jan and family, please accept my condolences on the passing of Ed……Ed and I worked together on three occasions at Safeway and I always considered Ed a friend as well as a valued colleague. He was always a dedicated Safeway man who earned the respect of his employees through his fairness, and his work ethic. Rest in peace Ed.

Dear Jan and Family: I was so shocked and saddened to see that Ed had passed away. It reminded me of all the great fun we had while we worked together at Safeway #189 all those many years ago. Ed was the Center of your life then, as were the boys, and you two enjoyed a wonderful marriage. My heart is broken for you Jan…..and I truly know how much you will miss him. You guys had a wonderful marriage, and a deep abiding love for each other. May that deep abiding love you and Ed shared give you some comfort as you mourn his loss. May his memory always be for a blessing, and may your family know no more sorrow.
