It is with profound sadness that the family of Dolores Rowe announces her peaceful passing on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at the age of 83 years.
Dolores will be lovingly remembered by her sisters: Eula McClung and Myrna Domanski–semicolon– step children: Trish (Ken) Renwick and Barbara (Jim) Pryde–semicolon– step grandchildren–semicolon– niece, Karen (Ron) Korotash–semicolon– special caregivers: Christine (Gord) Wheaton and Christine Shaw–semicolon– as well as numerous extended family and dear friends.
Dolores was predeceased by her loving husband of 34 years, Dale–semicolon– sister, Bernice Garbe–semicolon– brothers: Merle, Billy, and Bryce Chicoyne–semicolon– as well as parents: Stella and Clement.
Dolores loved family above all, followed by her passion for both Canada her birthplace, and California her adopted and beloved home of 40 years. “Down home”, was truly Barachois, Quebec which will be her final resting place.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 21, 2016 at the Star of the North Retreat Centre in St. Albert.
