    Dear Peter, Ted and family,
The call i received that Deborah was no longer with us, was and still is a shock. What can i say about a woman, my neice that was always caring, unselfish, and loving towards many people. Whatever Deborah did in her life, whether it was her quilting, sewing, caring for her pets, her family, it was done with her whole heart. She loved her family immensly. When Deborah was born, i was so estactic as now i would have not just a doll, but an actual living doll to dress and play with. I remember that she really did look like a doll too as a little girl. In my memory of Deborah, as a little girl, when she was coming down the street towards our home, i could hear her squealing, and see her running happily along. I will miss her phone calls, and our chats. We all have been fortunate to have been touched in some way or another in our hearts with Deborah.

Dear Peter, Teddy, Angelle, Callum & Domenic:
I am not really sure where to begin or what to say as my sadness cannot compare to the sorrow and emptiness that you are feeling. Deborah as you all know was a shinning light, the radiance that spilled from her soul touched all she loved. I am blessed that I was one of those people. When I look into the night sky and see the most brilliant, radiant star I know that the Angel we all know as Deborah is watching over all of us, smiling and spreading her infinite love upon us. I will miss you, my Beautiful Friend.
    Love & Hugs

    Dearest Peter.Ted, Angelle and boys.
So very sorry to hear about Deborahs passing. She was a wonderful, kind and gracious lady, who always put others first.
I met Deborah a few years ago and made a great and lasting friend, always feeling comfortable in her company.I loved our little chats when she visited the store.
She was so excited when you Peter and her decided to move out west and be with family.I really miss her and treasured our short, but happy chats.
I know how sad it must be for you all at this time. There is now a new beautiful angel up in Heaven.
My deepest condolensces to you all.

    My Dearest Auntie Deb,
I will miss you immensely and our long conversations about quilting and hearing stories of your grand children\’s adventures and sharing stories about Conner and Kensie. I hope you know how special you were to to everyone and just how much you touched our lives. I have never known anyone with such a sweet kind heart and you never had a bad thing to say about anyone. I will forever treasure our times together and the quilts you made for the children as it gives me some comfort to tuck them in each night with a piece of love that you worked hard and put lots of love into to give them. It\’s been an honor and a privilege to have you for an Aunt. I love you so much, rest peacefully now….love and hugs and kisses all around xoxo Love Brianne

Ted – we remember your mom from so many years ago, long before she met Peter. Deb was such a kind and thoughtful person, one whom people could confide in. We were so happy when she married our friend Peter. We were not surprised when they said they were moving to Edmonton to be closer to you and your family. She was so proud of you throughout your life, and all that you accomplished. She spoke lovingly of your wife and sons, and always loved to share the newest family photos. We are sure she will be looking down from heaven and watching over them. We are glad that she had such happy years in Alberta with you and your sons. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. Cousin Bill Scott, wife Maureen, Meghan & Kelly

We never know when the time comes for our loved ones, whether family or friends will leave this world. Much too soon, for her to be gone. My cousin Deborah, was a very kind person and would always go out of her way to help another, no matter what the situation was (from our experience). Rarely a negative word about anyone, always would find something kind to say. About sixteen years ago, ( Deborah would have known the exact year) my mom had mentioned to Deborah how i was feeling a bit sad, and the next thing you know, Deborah was calling me about a co-worker that she felt would be ideal for me to meet. If it wasnt for Deborah i would never have met Steve, one of my very best friends. I am quite sure she could have been a match maker for many others. She took the time to know everyone, and would be sure to say something positive. She praised her family always, esp her son Ted Peacock and her grandchildren to my mom in their conversations. Every year for my birthday she would call me and leave a loving birthday message. Even though she had the recent surgery, she still managed to remember my birthday. Even though i wouldnt remember to call or send a card, she never forgot about me. Thinking of you Ted, Peter, Angelle, grandchildren, Dale, Wendy and families..you have a special angel watching over you. I can see her smiling down towards all of you.

When I think of Deborah, I smile. Deborah was such a kind and loving person. She was always ready to have a chat and to offer support. She was there in a pinch to help me out with my youngest son. I know this will be a particularly difficult time for her grandsons, who loved her so much. My family and I send our condolences. Know that we are thinking of you and sending you much love. And know that someday you will think of Deborah (Grammy) and you will smile too – because that is what she would have wanted.
