On December 9, 2013 Darlene Brandle passed away peacefully following a battle with cancer at at the age of 71 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Steve, Sharon, Laurie (Rick), Heather (Sandi), Trish (Gord)–semicolon– grandchildren, Falen (Corey), Melissa (Greg), Kristyne (Jason), Stephanie, Samantha, Jacob, Logan–semicolon– great grandchildren, Austin, Lilly and Kadie–semicolon– brother, Don–semicolon– sister, Joyce–semicolon– as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Darlene was predeceased by her husband, Glen–semicolon– her twin brother, David and brother, Leo Jr.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home, 10011-114 Street, Edmonton.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff on Ward 5 at the University hospital for their compassion and care.
Donations in memory of Darlene may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
