
Camille Ludovic DeBlois passed away peacefully on February 28, 2017 in Edmonton, Alberta at the Dr. Gerald Zetter Care Centre. He was born in Ascot Corner, Quebec on December 11, 1927 to Alphonse and Alice DeBlois. Camille was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Camille is survived by his wife of 64 years, Simonne, whom he married on June 30, 1952. Camille is also survived by 3 children, Robert (Laurie) DeBlois, Denis DeBlois and Diane (Ron) Fylyshtan and daughter-in-law, Christine Vriend-DeBlois. He also leaves behind 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, as well as many sisters and brothers-in-law.
Camille was predeceased by his eldest son, Raymond on August 6, 2016.
A Funeral Mass to celebrate Camille’s life will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 1:30 p.m., at St. Thomas d’Aquin Church, 8410 – 89 Street, Edmonton.
