I warmly remember spending Christmases with Pani and Pan Szulc in the late 1980s, with my mom Maria and my sisters Sylvia and Sabina. Mrs. Szulc was also my Grade 4 teacher! She has died far too young. Spoczywaj w spokoju, Pani Szulc.

My deepest sympathy to your family during the loss of your dear mother. She was truly a welcoming and genuine individual. I taught in the English program at St. Basil with Bonnie. Although I had a Polish background, my language was weak, yet she unconditionally welcomed me into the Polish teacher\’s circle. I will fondly remember her smile, friendliness and kind heart. God Bless.
