Blair died peacefully at the Sturgeon Community Hospital in St. Albert.
He was predeceased by his beloved daughter, Elizabeth Ann.
Blair is survived by his wife, Ellen Campbell (Penny)–semicolon– his two sons, Hamish Blair and Neil MacDonald and Neil’s wife, Margaret.
