My dearest Aunt Betty was the most kind, loving, generous and family oriented person I’ve ever known. She was a people person. She would not hesitate to extend a helping hand for others in need. She loved to celebrate and share joy with family and friends. She hosted countless parties and cooked delicious meals. She also made lots of specialty delights and treats to share. She was so much fun to be around. She told interesting stories about her past and present experiences, and it was always fun to play a game or two of Mahjong with her. She said the game brought family and friends together and she enjoyed the people and the togetherness. Her spirit of sharing, giving, loving and generousity will always live in my heart. She is now in a peaceful, better place but her legacy will continue. She will always be remembered and missed.

On behalf of Ellen and I, we dearly miss Grandma Chow. My childhood was filled with great memories of hanging out at the ‘Orange House’. I practically grew up there and cherished every moment. Whether it was eating, watching TV, spending time with other cousins there, there was never a dull moment. Grandma always made sure there was tons of food to eat and did not allow you to leave on an empty stomach. Growing up, she was very important/influential in everyone’s life, especially mine. I immensely enjoyed every single conversation I had with her, even if I only understood half of what she said. Grandma, thank you for all the awesome memories, rest in peace.
