Chuck Ming Mah



It is with great sadness that the family of Chuck Ming Mah announces his passing after a courageous battle with cancer. Born November 18, 1930. Chuck Ming passed away peacefully on February 1st, 2012 at the Norwood Capital Health, his family by his side. He was born in Hoy-San China. When he was a teenager, he immigrated to Canada, where he learned English and did odd jobs. Later he would send for his wife Ping, whom he married in 1958. Together they would conquer the new world. Dad was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who welcomed everyone with a smile. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 54 years, Ping, and his children, Phillip (Lily), Ken (Linda), Shirley (Alfred), Tom (Joanne) and his nine grandchildren, Mandy, Nicole, Hunter, Ryan, Kayla, Bradley, Jeffrey, Jennifer and Wesley. He also leaves behind his brothers in Canada, Stanley (Mei), Cheuk (De Mei), along with his nieces and nephews and other family members back in China. Dad, in your own way, you have taught us well, gave us your best guidance when we needed it. Your job as a father to us is now complete and you no longer need to worry about us. We love you dad, you’ll be greatly missed by your grandchildren, family and friends. Thank you for being our dad
