It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Albert Little from our lives at the age of 78 years.
Albert was born in Rabbit Lake, Saskatchewan and passed away in Edmonton. He was an avid reader, loved wood working, lapidary and working in his garage.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 54 years, Nancy and two daughters: Ina (Mark) Harnden of Scottsdale, Arizona and Della (Arnold) Stanger of Red Deer, Alberta; five grandchildren: Christopher Harnden (Shannon) of St. Louis, Missouri, Scott Harnden of Scottsdale, Arizona, Jenna Davis of Edmonton, Alberta, James Stanger of Lethbridge, Alberta and Thomas Stanger of Red Deer, Alberta. Albert is also survived by his sisters, Mildred (Raymond) Becken of Winnipeg, Manitoba and Gladys (Pius) Kuntz of Grayson, Saskatchewan and his brother, Ronald (Sharon) Little of Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, as well as numerous family, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Albert was predeceased by his parents, Myron and Mary Little and his brother, Robert Little.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 13131 – 86 Street, Edmonton, on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 16102 - Fort Road, Edmonton.
