It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nikola Ivan Matovinovic
Nikola Matovinovic, a country boy from the rolling hills of Lika, Croatia, passed away, on April 18 at the age of 76. As a young man he was educated as a millwright in the city of Rijeka before immigrating to Canada in 1967 with his wife and children.
Although a quiet and thoughtful man, he possessed an unmatched strength and endurance that was ever-present in his unceasing work to provide for his family.
