Obituary
 
Chan Chan passed away on 7 March 2011 aged 93. She is survived by her husband, Chi Ping, 3 sons (Dan, Alec and Ming), 3 daughters (Yiu, Wai and Sue), 10 grandchildren and a great grandson. Chan, born in Shantou China, was married and brought up her family in Hong Kong before immigrating to Canada and resided in Edmonton since 1981. Chan was the matriarch of the family, a great wife and mother who would willingly sacrifice anything for her children. In turn, she was well loved by her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. We sincerely thank the staff at the Grey Nuns Hospital for their care.
