Obituary
 
Shirley Schermann of Edmonton passed away at the age of 77 years.

She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene in 1998. Shirley will be lovingly remembered by her children, Stephanie (Brian) Schermann-Wynn, Joseph, Karen (Howard) Bickford, and Janet (Bill) Schermann James; grandchildren, Dylan, Jonathan, William, Mark, Steven and Owen; sisters, Sharon Borger and Joan Demchuk; brother, Rick Walter; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 10826 – 62 Avenue, Edmonton with interment to follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, 4804 Meridian Street, Edmonton.

Shirley’s family would like to send special thanks to Dr. Lien and all the staff with the Lung Transplant Program at the University of Alberta Hospital and request memorial donations to be made to the same (8440 – 112 Street, Edmonton, AB, T6G 2B7).
