Obituary
 
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Cliff Hemmerling, our beloved husband, father, brother and son. Cliff worked in the telecommunications industry for 27 years in the Yukon, British Columbia and Alberta until 1993 when he and his wife, Muriel opened CJ’s Liquor Store in Whitecourt, Alberta. Cliff was predeceased by his father, Dellray in 2003. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Muriel as well as daughters, Julie and Andrea. He is also survived by his mother, Julia; six brothers, Ken (Sharon), Dale (Sharon), Alden (Carrie), Lloyd, Lyle and Trevor. Cliff was well respected by his business community, much loved by his family and friends and adored by his children. We all loved him so and we miss him already. At Cliff’s request, there will be no funeral service.
