How very sad I was when I heard the news that Bob had passed away so suddenly. Kevin and I often talk about the great times we had at the Leonard Reunions with Bob. We will never forget about drinking the famous "dirty mothers" with him. HA HA What a great night that was! He was such a kind, gentle, soft spoken man with such a big heart. He will be missed, but certainly not forgotten. Love You BOB!!!!!

Hi Doris: It is with deep regret of hearing that Bob has passed. I worked with him at South Division for many years. He was a great conpanion and terrific officer. I remeber when he was in the dog section and we worked the sit in riot at borden park. Bob and his dog partner were called upon and he did an excellet job getting the bad bastards that caused most of the trouble. I often recall that occurence and think of Bob. He is a true friend and a co-worker I will always remember. One of the good guys. I would have attended his funeral service but due to health reasons I cannot. As long as I am able Bob,, is number one in my books. Stay strong and remember the good times. Al Garred

Doris and family. Bob and I worked together in the Edmonton Police Service. In particular we were both dog masters. I spent many hours working with Bob and he will always be in my memory as one of the most gentle police officers I have had the pleasure to work with. Although the years have separated us, I have often thought of Bob. My thoughts and prayers are with Doris and family as I will join you, even though separated by the miles, as you remember Bob's life. Knowing Bob, I'm sure all your memories will be of happy times.
