Celebrating Christmas after a death in the family can be the most difficult time of the year. The Christmas season is recognized as a time of peace, hope, and a time to be joyous with family and friends. Unfortunately for many, it can bring painful memories of love lost through death.

Being in the midst of the holiday season without a loved one can be a very painful time. The person is gone – but the love hasn’t died.

We at Connelly-McKinley and Foster and McGarvey recognize that the season of goodwill and joy can also be a season of loneliness and despair, a reminder of those with whom we once shared this festive time.

It is important to remember that love never dies. We carry the memories of loved ones in our hearts throughout the year and especially during the holidays. Celebrate and honor that love this Christmas season.
